A design team producing hundreds of retail campaigns a year, by hand, one layer at a time. Same actions, every day.
What I built
A Model Context Protocol server exposing Photoshop actions as tools an AI model can call. Designers describe the campaign, the agent builds it, the designer reviews.
Presented company-wide to ~200 people.
